Key Responsibilities: Handle hotel bookings for group trips (leisure groups, MICE events, and regular series bookings). Work with hotels and accommodation partners to get good rates, room blocks, and handle any special group needs. Make sure hotel bookings are confirmed on time and keep our system updated. Coordinate rooming lists, check-in details, and guest requirements with suppliers. Keep an eye on cancellation deadlines and hotel policies to avoid extra charges.
