Job Summary:

HR cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate payroll data, salary slips, and employee benefits.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

Administration:

  • Oversee office operations, stationery, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
  • Manage travel arrangements, event logistics, and meeting coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to office discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Support management in preparing reports, documents, and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and office administration.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
