HR cum Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screenings, and interviews.
  
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  
• Support employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
  
• Utilize HR software to streamline processes and maintain accurate data.
  
• Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR matters.
  
• Record and maintain attendance for employees at the head office and restaurant staff.
  
• Ensure accurate tracking of employee working hours, leaves, and absences..
  
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to attendance records.
  
• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of office infrastructure (e.g., IT systems, furniture, utilities).
  
• Organize and maintain official company documents, records, contracts, and agreements.
  
• Ensure data confidentiality and that all filing systems (both physical and digital) are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for interactions with government bodies, local authorities, and legal entities.
  
• Obtain necessary clearances, permissions, approvals, and licenses related to construction projects (e.g., building permits, environmental clearances, fire safety approvals).
  
• Manage the submission of required reports and documentation to regulatory authorities on time.
  

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as an HR cum Admin Manager or in a similar role.
  
• Proficient in HR software and tools.
  
• A postgraduate degree is required
  
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
