HR cum Admin

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings, screenings, and interviews. You will also manage employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Additionally, you will administer company policies, maintain employee records, and handle confidential information while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee office maintenance and supply management - Manage and update HR documentation, including the Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment - Assist employees with performance appraisals and provide guidance on employee benefits packages - Supervise employee recruitment, meetings, and terminations - Introduce and implement new HR technologies to enhance department efficiency - Handle and investigate employee complaints impartially and objectively - Manage schedules, appointments, and organize meetings Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Proficiency in Malayalam preferred Please note that the company prefers male candidates for this position. You will report to the company CEO or superiors on HR-related matters and act as a mentor to the HR staff, offering counseling services when necessary.
