HR cum Admin

Job Description:

We are seeking an HR cum Admin. You'll take care of hiring new talent and supporting our current employees with daily HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling the end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and salary negotiation.
• Screen and interview candidates, and build a strong pipeline of talented people.
• The onboarding process for new hires, the smooth and welcoming induction to the company, and completing all documentation and processing background verifications.
• Maintain employee records, personal documents, and contracts organized and up-to-date.
• Track employee attendance, time, and leave records.
• Manage company expenses and petty cash while supporting general admin and operations work.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of work experience in an HR or recruitment role.
• Candidates with IT recruitment experience will be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using social media like LinkedIn to source the candidates.
• Knowledge of job portals like Indeed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
