About The Role
We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrator (HR & Admin) to oversee day-to-day office and HR operations. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the office, handling administrative tasks, and supporting HR activities, including documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Administrative
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations housekeeping, stationery, courier, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office maintenance, facilities, and service requirements.
- Keep track of office assets, inventory management, and utility payments.
- Coordinate travel bookings, logistics, and accommodation when required.
- Handle front-desk tasks, including visitor management and correspondence.
- Support procurement by comparing quotations and maintaining purchase records.
HR Support
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel file maintenance.
- Maintain attendance and leave records accurately.
- Support HR events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare basic HR letters offer, appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
- Coordinate with HR and finance for reimbursements and payroll-related documents.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and assist during audits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably HR, Business Administration, or Commerce).
- 14 years of experience in administration or HR operations.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle multiple tasks independently.
