Role Overview: As a Human Resources and Administration professional, your main responsibilities will revolve around managing recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. On the administrative side, you will oversee office operations, event management, vendor contracts, and workplace safety measures. Your role will also involve preparing HR reports and MIS for management review. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews - Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees - Handle employee relations and engagement by addressing grievances, organizing engagement programs, and overseeing welfare activities - Assist in performance management by supporting performance appraisal processes, maintaining records, and providing training and development support - Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other regulations - Oversee office operations, maintenance, and supplies - Coordinate travel, logistics, and event management - Manage vendor contracts and office service providers - Ensure workplace safety and security measures are in place - Maintain employee records, contracts, and administrative documentation - Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - At least 2 years of experience in HR - Proficiency in English preferred Additional Details: This is a full-time position with day shift hours, and the work location is in person.,
