We have successfully completed over 35 apartment projects, villas, and commercial buildings across Kerala. Key Responsibilities: · Project Planning & Execution: o Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. o Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met. o Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. · Technical Oversight: o Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications. o Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. o Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team. · Resource Management: o Manage procurement of materials and equipment. o Monitor resource utilization and implement cost-effective solutions. o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. · Quality Assurance & Safety: o Implement quality control procedures to ensure construction standards are met. o Conduct regular site inspections and audits. o Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. · Stakeholder Communication: o Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to provide project updates. o Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. o Prepare and present regular progress reports to management. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in building construction. · Proficiency in project management software and tools. · Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. · Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: · Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification. · Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software. · Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Kerala.
