Job Title: Video Editor Location: Kothrud, Pune (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: ₹3 – ₹6 LPA (Based on skills and experience) Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Pro Video Editor and have Basic Motion Graphics expertise to join our in-house team in Kothrud, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end podcast editing, creating engaging Reels/Shorts, and designing dynamic title animations and motion graphics for our brand. You should be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a strong portfolio that showcases both long-form and short-form video storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Edit full-length podcast episodes with clean cuts, smooth transitions, and polished output. Extract and edit high-impact clips for Reels/YouTube Shorts/Instagram. Design and animate channel titles, intros, lower thirds, and other branding elements. Perform basic audio cleanup, mixing, and color correction. Collaborate with the creative team to align content with branding and messaging. Stay updated with industry trends in video content, editing styles, and motion graphics. Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Expert) and After Effects (Basic). Strong experience in podcast editing and short-form content creation. Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation, and video pacing. Knowledge of audio enhancements and color grading. Strong sense of storytelling and attention to detail. A portfolio or showreel is required with the application. Nice to Have: Experience with social media video formats and trends. Basic understanding of sound design and thumbnail creation. Interest in podcast or YouTube channel growth and branding strategies.
