HR cum Admin

As a Human Resource Coordinator, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Analyzing job requirements and shortlisting candidates for interviews - Preparing job descriptions and offer letters for new joiners - Assisting in the new employee induction program - Maintaining a candidate database and employee records - Tracking employee leave and sending leave status reports - Assisting in Performance Appraisal, Review, salary, and bonus computation - Facilitating employee training and development - Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards - Documenting HR policies and initiatives - Managing HR filing and document management - Contributing to continuous up-gradation of employees and optimized resource utilization Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline from a reputed college or university - 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to handle pressure, tight deadlines, and possess good problem-solving skills - Initiative-taking and ability to handle multiple responsibilities - Strong teamwork, proactive, organized, and keen listening skills Additionally, the company prefers candidates from the IT industry with 1-2 years of experience, but freshers with a BBA/MBA degree are also welcome.
