About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team. The role involves supporting the complete HR function, from recruitment to employee engagement, while gaining hands-on exposure to all HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
    • Screening and shortlisting applications.
    • Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
    • Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Work on recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) to source and engage talent.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
  • Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.
  • Help in drafting HR policies, letters, and communications.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR (internships will be considered).
  • Hands-on experience using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Cutshort, or others).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
