Job Description

Location: Bengaluru
Duration: 1 Year FTH (Direct Contract with IQVIA)
Experience: Ideal: 12 18 months experience (Open for Strong Freshers as well)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a HR Coodinator , supporting cross-functional initiatives part of the HRBP team. This hybrid role combines elements of HR coordination , executive assistance , and project management , offering a unique opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

HR Coordination Executive Support (30 40%)
- Proactive approach to all initiatives.
- Ensure implementation of projects and reporting
Project Management Support
- Work on strategic and operational projects under HRBP leadership.
- Track project milestones, prepare status updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve bottlenecks.
Communication Documentation
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Draft internal communications, meeting notes, and project summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Skills Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task , prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Highly proactive , detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Bachelor s degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with 12 18 months of relevant experience.
