Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Coordinator based on the tasks mentioned:
Recruitment & Interview Coordination
1. Coordinate with interviewers, HODs, Team Leads, Principals, and Senior Management for interview scheduling.
2. Ensure timely interviews for shortlisted candidates.3. Conduct interviews as required.4. Arrange a Google Meet (G-Meet) between candidates and interviewers.5. Update the meeting status column in the recruitment tracker.6. Share the document checklist with candidates via email and verify documents as per SOP. Post-Interview Process & Onboarding Preparation7. Update the recruitment tracker with the Google Meeting recording link and the candidate’s joining date.8. Send email confirmation of the joining date to the Principal, Assignee, and Candidate.9. Share the Welcome Video with the new joinee 7 days before joining via email and WhatsApp.10. Share the Company History Video 4 days before joining via email and WhatsApp.11. Call the new joinee to confirm the time and venue of the induction.12. Set up a G-Meet for induction on the Google Calendar.13. Ensure availability of required stakeholders for the induction session. Joining & Induction Process14. Share the SOP Video 1 day before joining.15. Coordinate with the System Creation Head to create login credentials for the new joinee on MIDAP and share them.16. Arrange a bouquet and welcome card (only for HODs/Principals).17. Show the Induction Video during the G-Meet session.18. Upload a photo of the bouquet presentation to the new joinee. Post-Joining Formalities 19. Inform the System Creation Head to integrate the new joinee into the system.20. Coordinate with Admin for asset handover to the new joinee.21. Officially hand over the candidate to the Assignee.22. Ensure the Assignee acknowledges the candidate’s joining.
