As a Human Resources Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping HR strategies and initiatives to support our business goals. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals. - Support clients/management in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies. - Conduct HR audits and risk assessments; recommend compliance improvements. - Advise on organizational structure, job design, and change management initiatives. - Design and deliver training programs on HR topics (e.g., leadership, conflict resolution, performance management). - Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and performance management cases. - Analyze HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions. - Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the organization. - Stay current with HR trends and legal updates and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the job is full-time with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at our location.
