Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities - Draft and finalize LOI (Letter of Intent) documents and agreements with franchise partners. - Handle all pre-launch activities, ensuring timely coordination and execution. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and franchise partners until the successful launch of the franchise. - Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile and settle franchisee accounts. - Facilitate internal team coordination, including organizing and leading weekly meetings to ensure alignment on pre-launch tasks. - Maintain consistent communication with franchisee partners to address concerns and provide updates during the pre-launch phase.
