Franchise support Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Franchise Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to franchise partners, ensuring smooth operations, timely assistance, and maintaining strong business relationships. Strong communication skills and good computer knowledge are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners and address their queries promptly.
• Provide operational support to ensure franchisees follow company processes and standards.
• Assist in onboarding new franchise partners and guide them through required documentation and system usage.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve franchise-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all franchise activities.
• Monitor franchise performance and highlight areas requiring attention or improvement.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with franchise partners for updates and feedback.
• Support training sessions, online demos, and system navigation for franchise partners.
• Ensure all communication with franchisees is professional, timely, and solution oriented.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data management.
• Ability to multitask and handle franchise queries efficiently.
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Prior experience in franchise support, customer support, or operations (added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
