Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective franchise leads from provided databases or inbound inquiries.
Clearly explain the business concept, franchise benefits, investment model, and terms.
Qualify leads based on interest, financial capacity, and alignment with brand values.
Follow up on leads regularly via calls, messages, and emails.
Schedule meetings or appointments with the franchise sales manager for high-potential leads.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, conversations, and outcomes in CRM tools.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [mention language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
Comfortable using CRM software and productivity tools (Excel, email, etc.).
Prior experience in franchise sales or business development is a strong advantage.
A high level of self-motivation and a passion for sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (optional but preferred).
Multilingual abilities (if relevant to your target market).
Experience in the franchise or startup ecosystem.
