About the Role:

We are hiring a results-driven Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying B2B prospects, managing outreach campaigns, and generating high-quality leads across various industries through targeted email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research & Data Mining:
  • Identify and mine decision-makers and key contacts from industries such as hospitality, corporate, events, institutions, etc.
  • Build and maintain a well-organized B2B lead database using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other web-based sources.
  • Email Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Plan and execute cold email outreach campaigns targeting relevant industry segments.
  • Write compelling, personalized outreach emails and test variations to improve performance.
  • Set up and manage email sequences and drip campaigns.
  • Lead Nurturing & Reporting:
  • Monitor email performance (open rates, replies, CTRs, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
  • Qualify and pass high-quality leads to the sales team with proper documentation.
  • Maintain campaign performance reports and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B email marketing and outbound lead generation.
  • Proficiency with email outreach and automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, Apollo).
  • Strong understanding of email personalization, segmentation, and deliverability best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation for franchise or catering businesses is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools and cold prospecting strategies.
  • Background in hospitality, events, or foodservice industry targeting is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
