Job Summary:

Webespire Consulting is actively seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and growth-driven individual to join our team as an Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive.

This role is tailor-made for experience, freshers or interns eager to kickstart their career in email marketing, lead generation, presales, outreach automation, and international B2B lead generation.

You’ll get hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and contribute to generating leads for services such as web/mobile app development, SEO, Frontend- UI/UX, digital marketing, and AI-based solutions across global markets like the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run AI-driven email marketing campaigns to identify and convert qualified B2B leads.
  • Perform automated and manual data extraction using tools like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Bing, etc.
  • Segment and maintain high-quality email lists using CRM platforms and lead enrichment tools.
  • Execute high-volume outreach via Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and bulk mailing servers.
  • Analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion ratios, and optimize accordingly.
  • Identify potential international clients for services like Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Web Design, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
  • Use AI-based tools (Hunter.io, Instantly, Apollo, etc.) for email personalization and engagement prediction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to nurture leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Route warm leads to business development managers for further engagement and closing.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI outreach tools and marketing automation.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Lead Generation (Manual + Automated with AI Tools)
  • Email Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Market Research & Data Mining
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)
  • AI tools like Instantly, Hunter.io, Apollo, etc.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing & Outreach Strategies

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Experience, Freshers/Interns or 0–1 year experience in Email Marketing or Lead Generation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or related field
  • Comfortable with online research, outreach platforms, and AI tools
  • Passion for digital marketing and tech-based selling
  • Must have a working laptop, high-speed internet, and system backup

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
