• Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads through

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, cold calling, and other prospecting tools

  .
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients for our strategy team.
• Understand client needs and pitch our

  digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, etc.)

  .
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details, follow-ups, and status.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for

  leads, meetings booked, and revenue contribution

  .
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• 1–4 years of experience in

  sales, lead generation, or business development

  (Digital Marketing / IT Services background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM & lead gen tools

  .
• Excellent

  communication and persuasion skills

  (written & verbal).
• Ability to generate leads from

  US/UK/India markets

  .
• Strong

  target-driven mindset

  with proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
