Key Responsibilities
· Call and follow up with potential leads from databases, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
· Explain property details, pricing, and project features to clients.
· Maintain daily call logs and CRM updates.
· Schedule appointments and site visits for sales executives.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
· Meet weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
· Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / punjabi].
· Prior experience in real estate or telesales is an advantage.
· Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
