Job Title: HR Consultant

Location: Bittan Market, Arera Colony at E-5/20, next to BSNL office, Bhopal - 462016
Experience: 1+ Year
Work Mode: WFO
Working Hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Working days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics (time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate).
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and new sourcing tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
