Job Description

This is a remote position.Dinepalace is a digital solutions company that supports restaurants with online ordering and marketing tools. We are looking for an experienced

HR Consultant

with strong knowledge of

Zoho Recruit

to help manage our recruitment and employee engagement activities.The HR Consultant will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment through Zoho Recruit, conducting HR interviews, managing employee surveys and appraisals, and ensuring that the team uses the time tracking system effectively

Manage the entire recruitment process through Zoho Recruit.
Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Manage employee surveys, feedback forms, and performance appraisals.
Encourage and ensure all team members use Team Logger for time tracking.
Maintain and update employee and candidate data accurately.
Assist in improving HR processes and maintaining smooth communication within the team.

Requirements

8–10 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
Strong working knowledge of Zoho Recruit and HR operations.
Good understanding of employee engagement and performance management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote role.
