Job Description

As a Sales Manager for our remote position, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the Sales strategies of the company across various channels. Your key focus will be on enhancing brand awareness, acquiring customers (especially in the Restaurants sector), and driving revenue growth through innovative strategic initiatives. Collaboration with different teams such as marketing, product development, and creative departments will be essential to ensure that these strategies align with business objectives and overall Sales goals. Your role will involve scheduling, conducting demos, and selling SaaS (Software as a Service), Social Media, and Digital Marketing Packages in Canada and the USA. Additionally, you will support Sales Representatives in engaging with more clients and closing sales by streamlining and outsourcing activities. You will oversee brand management by ensuring consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and communications. Market research will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, where you will analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to shape marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Collaborating closely with product teams, sales, and other departments will be necessary to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product launches. Furthermore, you will be expected to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
