Job Description

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand job requirementsand candidate profiles.

Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely and effective communication throughoutthe placement process.

Conduct assessments to identify candidates' soft skills and areas for improvement.• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhancecommunication, teamwork, leadership, and other essential soft skills.

Provide actionable feedback and personalized guidance to help candidates improve theirprofessional demeanor and interpersonal skills.

Assist candidates in crafting compelling and tailored resumes that highlight their strengthsand achievements.

Provide guidance on resume formatting, content optimization, and customization forspecific roles or industries.

Offer support in writing cover letters and preparing for interviews, including mock interviewsand feedback sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹25,602.01 per month
