Job Description

We re looking for an HR Consultant who can own end-to-end HR operations in a hands-on, execution-focused role.

What you ll work on

Talent acquisition support: coordination with the TA team, candidate communication, and offer letters
Onboarding and complete employee lifecycle management (hire to exit)
Employee engagement initiatives
Preparing monthly payroll inputs and HR coordination
Drafting and maintaining HR policies, documentation, and templates
Managing HRMS, attendance, and leave balances
Handling day-to-day HR queries and administrative support

Who this is for

HR consultants or freelancers with solid HR experience
Professionals comfortable working with small teams and early-stage startups
Self-driven, hands-on individuals who can independently own HR operations
Bengaluru-based candidates who can work from the office occasionally are preferred.
