Job Description

We re looking for a

hands-on lead generation and outreach expert

who can own outbound growth for the US market. The focus is on

Silicon Valley AI & SaaS founders

from research to outreach to automation.

What You ll Do

Run outbound outreach campaigns targeting US-based AI founders
Build and manage email sequences (personalized, multi-touch)
Own lead generation, list building, and market research
Use and optimize tools like
Apollo, Clay, Lusha, HubSpot.
Set up automation workflows and leverage
GenAI
for outreach
Track and improve campaign performance (opens, replies, meetings)

What We re Looking For

Experience in US-focused lead generation or growth roles
Strong understanding of the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem
Hands-on with outreach, automation, and enrichment tools
Excellent written communication (US business tone)
Self-starter, coachable, execution-focused
