HR Compliance

As an HR Compliance Officer, your role is crucial in ensuring that the organization adheres to all labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance risks, developing policies, conducting audits, training employees, and supporting leadership in fostering an ethical and compliant culture within the workforce. - Develop, implement, and update HR policies aligning with local labor laws, industry standards, and organizational values. - Ensure consistent application of policies across all departments. - Conduct periodic reviews of employee handbooks, contracts, and HR documentation for compliance. - Lead internal HR audits to identify compliance gaps. - Prepare and assist in external labor inspections, audits, or statutory reviews. - Design and deliver compliance-related training for employees and managers. - Ensure awareness of workplace rights, obligations, and reporting channels. - Promote ethical conduct, anti-harassment, diversity, and inclusion policies. - Maintain accurate compliance records including employee files, contracts, training logs, and audit reports. - Prepare compliance reports for management and regulators. - Act as the primary contact for compliance queries, grievances, or escalations. - Address employee grievances following company policy and legal guidelines. - Support investigations into policy breaches or misconduct. - Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to resolve compliance-related issues. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance, HR operations, or employee relations. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices. - Excellent organizational, documentation, and analytical skills. - Proficient in communication and training facilitation. - Uphold high ethical standards, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
