HR Compliance

Job Summary:

The role involves ensuring compliance with all statutory and labour law requirements, managing client audits, and maintaining effective liaison with government departments and clients to ensure smooth operations and adherence to legal norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
  
• Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and returns as per labour legislations.
  
• Handle client audits and ensure all required documents and records are up to date.
  
• Liaise with government officials, labour departments, and external stakeholders for inspections, renewals, and submissions.
  
• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure full statutory compliance across sites.
  
• Maintain updated knowledge of amendments in labour laws and ensure implementation.
  
• Support HR and Operations teams in addressing compliance-related queries.
  
• Coordinate with clients for compliance reports and documentation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Labour Laws, or related field.

• Experience:

  25 years of experience in labour law compliance, client audits, and statutory liaison.

• Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  
• Hands-on experience in handling client and statutory audits.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
