HR Compliance

Job Title: Compliance Executive Summary We are looking for a Junior Compliance Executive with basic knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance. The candidate should have minimum 6 months of exposure or internship experience in compliance-related work. The company will provide on-the-job training to develop practical expertise in labor law compliance and statutory processes. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Support preparation and submission of statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.). Maintain and update compliance registers, records, and documentation. Assist during internal and external compliance audits and inspections. Coordinate with HR, payroll, and consultants for compliance-related data. Track compliance calendars and ensure timely follow-ups. Help in drafting and updating basic compliance reports. Support handling of compliance-related queries from employees. Stay updated with basic labor law amendments and compliance requirements. Eligibility & RequirementsEducationGraduate in HR, Commerce, Law, or Business Administration Freshers with relevant internship or training in compliance may also apply ExperienceMinimum 6 months experience or internship in HR Compliance / Statutory Compliance Skills & KnowledgeBasic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance Familiarity with PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act (basic level) Good documentation and record-keeping skills Willingness to learn and undergo training Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word) Good communication and coordination skills Training & GrowthStructured on-the-job compliance training will be provided Exposure to audits, filings, and real-time compliance handling Opportunity to grow into a Compliance Executive / Officer role
