About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support our administrative operations. Location: Navi Mumbai, Turbhe Duration: 3 Months (Full-time, On-site) Stipend: Rs, 7,000 - Rs.10,000 Key Responsibilities: Support daily administrative operations and office management tasks. Maintain and organize physical and digital records. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Oversee office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Support company events, meetings, and activities. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn. Team player with the ability to work independently.
