About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Admin Interns to support our daily administrative and coordination tasks. This role is perfect for freshers who want hands-on exposure to office administration, documentation, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day administrative operations
• Maintain and update company files, records, and documentation
• Support HR/Admin team with data entry and follow-up tasks
• Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk coordination
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communication
• Manage and monitor office supplies and handle procurement
• Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Assist during meetings, events, and internal activities
• Perform simple website updates or content uploads on WordPress (added advantage)

Skills & Qualifications

• Any degree (UG/PG) – Freshers welcome
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks responsibly
• Basic WordPress knowledge will be an added advantage

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
