Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Intern with a Finance or Accounting academic background. The intern will support administrative, documentation, and basic accounting tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to gain hands-on experience in administration and financial processes within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administrative operations, filing, and document management.
• Support accounting activities such as invoice management, and item enrollment.
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Assist in preparing financial statements & expense reports..
• Provide support in audit preparation and compliance documentation.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Admin or Accounts Manager.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fields.
• Good understanding of accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office , Power BI.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or any accounting software.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.06 per month
