Job Role: - HR Business Partner

Purpose

What You Will Be Responsible For

HR Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on talent, performance, and organizational health
• Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, role design, and capability building
  

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Promote a positive and inclusive creative culture that adheres to ethical guidelines, diversity standards, and values
• Support DEI programs, mental health initiatives, and conflict-resolution in high-intensity work environments
• Drive engagement initiatives, employee feedback processes, and action planning
  

Performance & Talent Management

• Support the performance management cycle—goal setting, mid-year reviews, final evaluations, and calibration
• Identify skill gaps and support succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Work with Learning & Development to design and deliver training programs for managers and employees
  

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

• Collaborate with functional managers to fulfil hiring needs aligned with business priorities
• Participate in interviews, talent assessment, and onboarding as needed
• Support strategic workforce planning, including forecasting, capability mapping, and internal mobility.
  

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure consistency and compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and organizational procedures
• HR data accuracy, reporting (e.g., attrition, headcount, engagement metrics), and HRIS updates
  

What we are looking for

• 4 – 7 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a fast-paced or matrix environment
• Proven experience handling employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Experience in partnering with mid-to senior-level leadership
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Agile, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
