HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics India Limited, your role will involve managing the end-to-end associate lifecycle and partnering on key strategic initiatives in the Mumbai region. You will report to the HR Director, Southwest Asia and contribute towards the vision of relentlessly reimagining healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with functional and global leaders to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies - Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, talent management, change management, succession planning, and employee engagement - Offer counsel to managers and associates in problem-solving, dispute resolution, and performance improvement - Recommend and implement strategies, solutions, and programs to enhance manager effectiveness and associate productivity, engagement, development, and retention - Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies in areas such as Talent, Learning, and Benefits - Ensure compliance with labor laws and code of conduct policies, providing advice to management and associates **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to business and operational HR domains - MBA in Human Resources from a reputed B-school preferred - Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and ability to execute at pace - Adaptability to perform a variety of duties efficiently - Strong communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and operate in a dynamic and agile environment **Additional Company Details:** Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is part of the Danaher community of Diagnostics Companies, working collectively to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address global health challenges.
