Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Experience is MANDATORY. Without Talent Acquisition Experience candidates would be rejected.

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of field workforce (primary focus) and HR operations support for the client. Ensures timely hiring, employee lifecycle support, and grievance resolution and drive business delivery. The position requires strong stakeholder management, field understanding, and the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment (60%):

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for field/sales workforce for the client sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, salary negotiations & onboarding.
  • Understand business deliverables and manpower requirements from client stakeholders to ensure timely hiring closures.
  • Manage 3P agencies and internal sourcing channels monitor performance, ensure adherence to SLAs, and drive timely fulfilment of open positions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards & reports accuracy and timely updates.

Build strong relationships with Business Stakeholders and ensure consistent communication on hiring status.

  • Ensure superior candidate & stakeholder experience through effective coordination and follow-ups.
  • Support manpower planning, workforce deployment & hiring strategies for business continuity.

HR Operations (40%)

• Execute HR operational processes for field workforce employee lifecycle management, discipline, documentation & compliance.

• Drive resolution of employee grievances employee connect and timely closure of issues.

• Support performance management process monitoring productivity metrics, identifying high/low performers

• Ensure timely cascade and execution of central HR initiatives within the business.

• Maintain monthly dashboards by coordinating with business, client & central HR teams.

• Build and maintain strong relations with employees to drive engagement and high -performance culture.

Preferred candidate profile

Reporting Structure:

Reports to: People Lead

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation Degree / PGDM in Human Resource Management

Minimum Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Recruitment / HR Business Partner role

Effective Written and Verbal Communication skills, listening Skills.

  • Basic understanding of HR concepts, Understanding of Labor Laws, Performance Management. Experience in managing contract Labor and related statutory compliances
  • Ability to handle Field Force.
