Health, Safety & Welfare * Ensure workplace safety standards are met * Conduct regular safety audits and mock drills * Implement health and hygiene programs in the factory * Manage factory welfare activities (canteen, transport, housing, etc.) 7. General HR & Factory Management * Support Factory Manager in day-to-day administration * Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll management * Lead HR documentation and HRIS recordkeeping * Drive factory-level HR projects and improvements Desired Candidate Profile: * Bachelor's + MSW in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations * Preferably from garment / textile manufacturing setup * Strong understanding of labour laws, blue-collar workforce dynamics * Excellent people management and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in MS Office and HR MIS systems * Language skills: Local language fluency preferred, along with Hindi & English
