Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Field Recruiter (Male)

Job Location: Ahmedabad/Surat/Faridabad/Ranchi

Employment mode: Direct payroll / Permanent

Note :

This job requires candidates to visit at least 3 hubs per day.
Candidate must have two wheeler with driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Induction

Lead onboarding for new hires at the hub level.
Drive induction programs that help associates and team leads hit the ground running.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance.

Hub Audits & Compliance

Conduct regular HR audits at assigned hubs.
Ensure documentation, statutory displays, and on-ground compliance are up to mark.
Collaborate with operations teams for quick redressal of gaps.

Talent Acquisition (Succession Planning)

Identify and groom high-potential talent for internal promotions.
Partner with Hub Incharges to build a leadership pipeline from within.
Support zonal TA initiatives through referrals and grassroots sourcing.

Customer Experience (People Touchpoints)

Be the HR face at the hub handling grievances, feedback, and motivation.
Work closely with field teams to align employee experience with customer experience.
Conduct pulse checks, engagement activities, and drive morale in high-pressure environments.
