Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The role includes attending job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other networking activities to build a talent pipeline.

Qualifications

Experience with sourcing, attracting talent and conducting initial screenings
Ability to schedule interviews and maintain candidate databases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies
Experience attending job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other networking activities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in recruitment or related field preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
