Field Recruiter

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for blue collar roles across multiple locations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and agencies. - Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates based on the job requirements. - Coordinating with operations teams to understand hiring needs and job descriptions effectively. - Handling the scheduling of interviews and maintaining professional and timely communication with candidates. - Ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates, including necessary documentation and compliance procedures. - Building and nurturing a talent pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring needs. - Maintaining recruitment reports and dashboards to track data accuracy and recruitment metrics. - Collaborating with external agencies and vendors when necessary. - Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract talent in competitive markets. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in blue collar hiring or high-volume recruitment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of various sourcing channels and recruitment tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficiency in handling walk-ins, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. - Prior experience in operations or field recruitment would be advantageous.
