Job Description

Source candidates for delivery, loader, picker, and warehouse roles Conduct field visits to identify and onboard associates Coordinate with operations and HR for joining and onboarding process Maintain daily recruitment tracker Ensure timely closures as per client requirements Handle end-to-end attendance, onboarding, and documentation for warehouse staff Coordinate with clients and internal teams for daily manpower updates Manage employee grievances and absenteeism follow-ups Ensure compliance with HR policies and shift schedules Maintain records of joiners, leavers, and performance data Requirements: Should be willing to work from warehouse site Basic Excel knowledge required Must have two-wheeler with valid license Good communication and convincing skills Experience in bulk / blue-collar hiring preferred
