As a Plant Manager, you will oversee all operations and activities within our manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility is to ensure efficient production processes, adherence to quality standards, and a safe working environment for all employees. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, optimizing resource utilization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Establish production lines for all product lines, establish teams and workers in respective product lines. Work closely with machine suppliers within and outside of India.
