For their office in Pune they currently have an opening for : Sales Manager - India Business Vertical : Hydrogen Job Details: Job Title: Sales Manager - India Region Location: Pune Region: Pan India Product Line: High pressure boosters including high pressure valves and fittings and their applications. Customer Base: Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, testing , Aerospace and Defence and general Industry Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering Experience: Overall 10+ Years with Minimum 5+ Years Field Sales experience in High pressure Boosters and associated systems. They should be aware of Oil & gas Applications and areas like Hydrogen and pressure Testing Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager on a National role to join our hydrogen business vertical. The primary responsibility will be business development and driving the growth of sales numbers for the division. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to expand our market presence in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects. Sales Growth & Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the division. Ensure consistent and effective follow-up on leads and client inquiries. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor products to improve the companys offerings. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and product offerings. Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team. Negotiations and Contract Finalization: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and close deals. Ensure terms of the agreements are clearly understood by clients, leading to long-term business relationships. Requirements: Experience: 5+ Field Sales experience in High pressure Boosters and associated systems. Should be aware of Oil & gas Applications and areas like Hydrogen and pressure Testing Will be required to develop road map of the major customer and applications and get business for components and complete test systems across markets like Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, testing , Aerospace and defense and general Industry He will be required to travel across India
