About the Role

Lead Management & Client Consultation

  • Engage with inbound leads and understand detailed workspace requirements.
  • Provide curated workspace options based on budget, headcount, and location preferences.
  • Build rapport and guide clients through the decision-making process.

Site Visits & Negotiation

  • Conduct professional workspace tours across Delhi NCR.
  • Explain workspace features, pricing, layouts, availability, and benefits.
  • Negotiate commercials and terms between clients and workspace operators.

Documentation & Closure Support

  • Assist in mandate signing, client on boarding documents, and necessary paperwork.
  • Coordinate closure documentation including proposals, comparison sheets, offers, and agreements.
  • Ensure documentation meets company policies and compliance requirements.

Market Networking & Micro-Market Connections

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with micro-market brokers, channel partners, and property consultants.
  • Use market relationships to source real-time availability, suitable alternatives, and negotiation leverage.
  • Act as the local point of contact for workspace intelligence within assigned micro-markets.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM entries for all leads, visits, follow-ups, and negotiation stages.
  • Track pipeline status and share daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Ensure lead hygiene and proper documentation across all systems.

Coordination

  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Analyst for scheduled visits and lead handover.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure updated inventory availability.

Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Any Graduate (BBA/B. Com preferred).

Experience

  • 1-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, or B2B sales (mandatory).

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong closing skills with the ability to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Good understanding of Delhi NCRs commercial real estate market.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Target-driven, professional, and proactive in follow-ups.

Salary & Benefits

  • 25,000 - 60,000 per month

    , based on experience.
