Role & responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales and Business Development Executives in Noida & South & Central Delhi. Monitor team performance metrics including mandates acquired, site visits conducted, and closures achieved. Drive daily motivation, training, and target alignment to ensure consistent performance delivery. Acquire high-value Lessor and Lessee mandates directly and through team initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners, developers, and coworking/managed space operators. Ensure high lead-to-closure conversion rates through structured follow-ups and negotiations. Develop and expand broker and channel partner networks across key micro-markets. Implement broker onboarding and incentive strategies to enhance property and client pipelines. Identify emerging commercial hubs and establish company presence through exclusive property tie-ups. Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams for targeted campaigns in high-potential business zones. Conduct client meetings and property presentations for corporates, startups, and MNCs. Manage client relationships from inquiry to closure, addressing escalations and pricing objections. Coordinate with CRM, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth handovers. Prepare and submit weekly performance and pipeline reports for management review. Preferred candidate profile Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate advisory, or B2B sales. Proven experience in managing and mentoring sales/BD teams with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Strong understanding of lease agreements, property mandates, and current market trends. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, Excel, and field reporting systems. Own conveyance (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) is mandatory.
