Role & respJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Diamond Jewelry Sales professional to join our team at Shashvat Jewels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diamonds and jewelry, as well as a proven track record of success in sales within the industry. The candidate should also have experience in B2B sales in diamond and jewelry of Lab Grown Diamonds.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business. - Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.2. Product Knowledge and Expertise: - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, and industry trends. - Stay up-to-date with market developments, new products, and competitor activity. - Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on diamond and jewelry purchases.3. B2B Sales and Account Management: - Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers. - Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth. - Manage and resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.4. Sales Planning and Strategy: - Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth.5. Administrative and Reporting Tasks: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and databases. - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics.onsibilities Preferred candidate profile Requirements:1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, make cold calls, and build relationships to drive business growth.2. Build and Maintain Relationships with Clients: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.4.
