Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and manage strong relationships with
retailers and wholesale clients
across
Hong Kong and other Asian markets
for diamonds and jewellery sales.
Lead
B2B sales strategies
, including product presentations, client meetings, order finalization, and negotiations to achieve business targets.
Actively generate
new leads
and identify potential clients by attending industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Travel frequently across
Hong Kong and Asia
to manage existing client relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, merchandising, and production) to ensure client requirements and delivery timelines are met.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to senior management to enhance product offerings and penetrate new segments.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Must have a
Hong Kong Passport / HKID
(First preference for local or legal HK residents).
Deep understanding of
Hong Kong's jewellery and diamond market
, customer preferences, and local sales culture.
Proven track record in
B2B international jewellery or diamond sales
with 10+ years of experience.
Excellent
English and Mandarin communication skills
with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
