Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and selfdriven professionals for the Agri B2B Sales Manager role. The position involves sourcing, managing, and growing Agri & B2B business through farmer networks, traders, SMEs, and agribased enterprises while ensuring high-quality portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Sourcing & Sales

  • Source

    Agri Finance

    proposals including Crop Loans, Term Loans, KCC, and Working Capital requirements.
  • Acquire Agri & B2B customers such as

    farmers, agri traders, agro SMEs, warehouses, input dealers

    etc.
  • Drive

    asset & liability cross-sell

    including Tractor Loan, Business Loan, Gold Loan, SA/CA/FD/RD.
  • Generate leads through open market activities, branch activation, and partnership channels.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Portfolio Management

  • Manage the existing portfolio and maintain asset quality.
  • Monitor repayment behavior and ensure

    NPA prevention & recovery

    in critical accounts.
  • Conduct customer visits, documentation checks, and regular follow-ups.

Market Expansion

  • Identify and tap new geographical markets for Agri & B2B business.
  • Conduct

    financial literacy camps

    , farmer meetings, and rural activation drives.
  • Build strong relationships with local influencers, traders, and industry stakeholders.

Credit & Documentation

  • Coordinate with credit teams for proposal evaluation and timely approvals.
  • Verify property and Agri documentation (7/12 extract, PR card, NA Order, lease documents, maps, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and timely disbursement.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with branch teams to drive business synergy.
  • Train and motivate frontline staff for lead generation and customer engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Agriculture, Business, Commerce, or related fields.
  • 2–6 years of experience in

    Agri Lending / B2B Sales / SME Finance / Rural Banking

    preferred.
  • Strong market knowledge of rural/agri ecosystem.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under timelines.
