Role & responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of human resource operations including employee relations, grievance redressal, and HR documentation. Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws including PF, ESIC, and professional tax. Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the finance team. Maintain and monitor attendance and leave management systems effectively. Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and offer letters. Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities. Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives and HR communication. Support training and development programs for skill enhancement and compliance. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems. Maintain and analyse HR data and prepare reports for management review. Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and contribute to strategic workforce planning. Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools for data analysis, documentation, and reporting. Handle confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion. Preferred candidate profile MBA in Human Resource Management Minimum 4-8 years of HR experience , preferably in a corporate environment Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Sound knowledge of HR compliance laws , labor regulations , and payroll software/tools Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
