Key responsibilities : Pre-joining and post-joining formalities Salary Negotiation, Offer, reference Check, candidate connect, onboarding/induction, and signing an employment contract. Monitor internal HR systems and databases. Manage the entire employee life cycle - Enhancing workforce retention, probation assessment, confirmation, PDP & PIP, managing disciplinary actions and termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Implement company policies- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures. Monitor key HR metrics - detailed reports on HR Matrix Manpower, Employee Attrition. Address employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labour regulations) Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence. Provide a hands-on approach to monitoring employee motivation to ensure a high level of employee engagement Spearhead employee engagement activities Provide administrative support in the companys day-to-day operations Serve as the lead point of contact for things related to administrative and human resources inquiries of IN team members. Ensuring monthly compliance (Internal Audit & statutory except -Payroll). Skills: Computer literate MS Office: V-lookup, Pivot, Mail Merge Excellent Communication Motivated, self-starter individual with a high level of integrity, intensity and activity with a can-do attitude. Disciplined process-oriented work style Ability to work equally well either independently or as part of a team Flexibility to handle changing work demands.
